    Effective Date: May 18, 2026

    Last Updated: May 18, 2026

De Lara Landscaping ("we," "us," "our," or the "Business"), owned and operated by Ricardo De Lara and based in Manor, Texas, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have with respect to that information when you interact with our services, our website at https://www.delaralandscapematerial.com, our SMS/text messaging program, or any related channel (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, requesting a quote, contracting with us, opting in to text messages, or otherwise providing us with your information, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

    1. OVERVIEW

De Lara Landscaping is a Texas-based landscaping company serving the Austin metro area, including Manor, Pflugerville, Round Rock, and greater Travis County. We provide landscape installation, hardscape, irrigation, seasonal cleanup, lawn maintenance, tree care, and materials delivery. To provide our Services, we collect only the information we need to identify our customers, locate and access properties safely, deliver materials, complete work orders, communicate about jobs and deliveries, process payment, and (with your consent) send text messages about your service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing.

If you have any questions, contact Ricardo De Lara at delaralandscapesales@gmail.com or (737) 373-4708.

    2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following categories of information.

    Information You Provide To Us

When you request a quote, place an order, schedule service, or otherwise interact with us, you may provide:

    • Contact information, including your full name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
    • Service-address details, including the physical address where work will be performed, any alternative or billing address, and general property descriptions helpful to our crews (such as lot size, front or back yard, and drainage notes).
    • Access information, including gate codes, key-pad codes, dog notes, alarm codes (where you choose to share them), preferred entry points, and any specific access instructions needed to allow our crews to safely enter and work on your property.
    • Property photos and videos, which you may send to us for quoting purposes or which we may take on site during site visits, work in progress, and completion. These images document the property condition, the scope of work, and the finished result.
    • Appointment-linked location data, which our crews may use during scheduled service to provide customer-facing ETAs and to confirm on-site arrival at the correct service address.
    • Payment information, including the payment method you use to pay invoices or deposits. Card information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor, and is not stored on our systems in full. We may retain limited transaction records for accounting and refund purposes.
    • Communications, including the content of emails, chat messages, text messages, voicemails, and in-person conversations you have with us related to your quote, job, or delivery.

    • To respond to quote requests and prepare estimates for landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, seasonal cleanup, lawn maintenance, tree care, and materials delivery.
    • To schedule and perform Services, including dispatching crews, coordinating gate access, locating underground utilities, and delivering materials to the correct address.

    • To process payments through Stripe and to keep records required for accounting, tax, and audit purposes.
    • To send you text messages, if you opt in, including transactional confirmations, appointment reminders, delivery notifications, and seasonal marketing offers (see Section 4).
    • To improve our website and Services, including monitoring performance and understanding how visitors use our website.
    • To showcase our work, with your consent, in our professional portfolio, on our website, and on social media (property photos and videos are commonly used to demonstrate before/after results; identifiable images or addresses will only be used publicly with your separate consent).
    • To comply with applicable laws and legal process, including responding to lawful requests from government authorities, enforcing our Terms of Service, and protecting our rights and the rights of our customers.

    4. SMS / MOBILE INFORMATION — CARRIER-REQUIRED DISCLOSURE
